ALL EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please Read Carefully - No Exception Will Be Made
To exchange or return an item the product must be in absolute perfect shape, completely unused, properly folded with the respective hangtags attached and hygienic protectors intact and in the original packaging. (No exceptions) Please also make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on the merchandise. The products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered in any way, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor, or are not returned with the instructions above will not be taken back (No exceptions will be made). In the case that we receive such items we will charge an additional 15% handling fee plus shipping charges and we will return the items to you at your expense and he or she will forfeit all claims. Please mark your label or box Exchange or Return.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or tracking your return. We suggest you track and insure your shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost items in the mail. We do not credit back shipping charges.
